# WHY AM I GETTING “NO DISPLAY” MESSAGE ON MY MONITOR?

If you receive this message please make sure you are plugging your monitor cord (hdmi, vga, dvi or display port) directly to the graphics card and not to the motherboard ports. If the problem continues please reach out to our tech support team by filling out the support request on the website or emailing support@powergpu.com directly.
